At Freelance Fee Calculator, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website and tools.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. When you generate a contract using our Contract Generator, the information you enter (names, project details, amounts, dates) is processed entirely in your browser — we do not store this data on our servers.
Information Collected Automatically: If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives usage information such as page visits and tool events under its own processing terms. Custom events do not include form names, entered amounts or document content. We do not describe all analytics information as anonymous.
Cookies: Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. You can change that choice using Analytics preferences. Rejecting analytics does not disable the tools. Clearing cookies in your browser removes previously set cookies. Invoice and rate drafts use local browser storage.

Contract and invoice previews are generated in your browser. Invoice and rate-calculator drafts may remain in local browser storage until cleared. Contact messages are sent through FormSubmit and email providers. We do not claim an independently verified audit or fixed deletion period. Google Analytics records usage events; custom tool events exclude entered names, amounts and document content.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Analytics is optional and loads after analytics consent. Payhip and Gumroad handle template purchases on their own sites. FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact messages to our email inbox. These providers have their own privacy policies and processing terms. Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled on this site. If advertising is enabled later, we will update the relevant disclosures and implement the applicable advertising-consent controls before serving ads. Analytics preferences alone are not an advertising consent platform.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to certain processing activities, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
